Distance Selling Regulations:

Distance selling regulations apply to a person in the course of selling an item for a business to a consumer. This applies in an internet sales environment as the transactions are not in person, or face to face. It is therefore classified as (distance selling). These rules apply to the business supplier who must provide clear information about themselves and allow a cooling off period.
