Question: I couldn't download my pictures, why is this.
Answer: Adjust the settings on your camera so that the picture quality is lower and not on the best or highest settings. Q. How do I use the PayPal, it wouldn't let me tick the box?
Answer.
In order to enable this method, you have to have a Paypal account registered in your member's area. Go to the member's area and on the left underneath where it says 'My Account' click on 'Manage Account' - at the bottom of the page you will see 'Direct Payment Settings'. Simply enter your Paypal email address here and click on the button that says 'update'. You will then be able to check the box for Paypal.
